Bachelor thesis deals with the realization of rough substructure for multifunctional building Vlněna in Brno. It is two storey basements founded in complicated subsoil. Thesis contains draft, adaptation and comparison of variable technological solutions of the chosen phase, technical report of the chosen technological phase, the block plan drawing of transportation roads, location drawing and the technical report of the building site equipment, the technological regulations of monolith reinforced concrete structures, the inspection and testing plan for monolithic structures, the machine set designing, the occupational safety and health care, the cost estimation budget with bill of quantities, the time schedule, the scheme of critical concreting and applicability diagram of tower cranes.

Construction-technological stage of founding an apartment building in Uherské Hradiště

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create the building-technological project of the apartment building substructure in Uherske Hradiste. The building is based on drilled piles, reinforced foundation strips and a foundation slab. The thesis contains a technical report, construction logistics, technological specifications for earth works and foundation constructions, an inspection and test plans. There is also provided item budget including bill of quantities, a construction schedule, a machine assembly proposal, design of the site equipment including the technical report and occupational safety and health protection.

Technological stage of finishing works of apartment building ".

This bachelor thesis deals with the technological stage of realization of roof cladding and gutter system of a housing building. This building is situated in a gap site of urban development in Františkovy Lázně. For the roofing, seam roofing made of aluminum sheet metal roll was used. There is a gable roof with dormer-windows at both sides of the roof. For all the conducted tinsmith work including horizontal dormer walls sheathing and attachment of the building to adjacent buildings, aluminum sheet metal was used. A part of finishing tinsmith work is also realization of gutter system which is designed to be made of the same material from the same producer as the roof cladding. Gutter attachment is done by means of assembling polystyrene rollers into façade system of ETICS which ensure thermal bridges’ break.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a consturction of a Mountain hotel, in detail structural work of upper construction with brick support structure and ceiling panels SPIROLL being the main focus of this thesis. The thesis also includes a technical report, site lay-out with broader relations to traffic routes, acreage list, technological directive for brick support structure, technological directive for ceiling panels SPIROLL. Technical report of building site equipment, time schedule, draft of a machine setup. Inspection-check plan, safety and protection of health during work are also included.

Construction Project for Implementation of Houses in Slavkov - Pod Zlatou horou

The subject of the diploma thesis is the solution of chosen parts of the construction technology project of the 1st phase of the construction „Komplex RD Slavkov, Pod Zlatou horou“. These are 4 semi-detached houses, overall 8 family houses. The work deals with technological regulations for the superstructure including roof, study of the realization of the construction technology project, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms and control and test plan. For the whole construction is elaborated time and financial plan in two variants, namely the gradual and current method of construction, and a detailed schedule for one semi-detached house. The technical report of the building site equipment is completed with the drawings, itemized budget of the building part of the house, noise study and specialization focused on the photovoltaic system, with an alternative solution to use solar collectors. The thesis also includes a case study of construction methods focused on the gradual and current method of construction.

Omega Sport Olomouc - Sport and Health Center, civil technological project.

The master's thesis is elaborated on the basis of the project of the Sport and Health Center Olomouc. The project consists of two main buildings – the object of NH Hotel and the Sports Center Omega. The hotel also includes a conference center with three conference halls and covered parking. The object of Omega Sports Center is composed of sports halls for squash, badminton and tennis, along with changing rooms, wellness area and operational background of the object itself. The sports center also incorporates outdoor tennis courts and an underground tunnel connecting the Omega center and the NH Hotel. This thesis deals with the civil technological project of the building site and involves mainly the technical report of civil technological project, the study of realization of the main technological stages of the building object, the project of organization of construction, time schedule of aforementioned two main buildings, the technological standard with test and execution plans for the execution of underground construction by the impermeable concrete technology and for execution of variant solution of tennis hall roofing. Further, a comparison of the alternative roofing technology with current used roofing technology is performed, including the drawing documentation of new roofing alternative.

The master thesis deals with a conception and realization of a constructional and technological project of new manufacturing and administrative hall Hydraulics s.r.o. The thesis studies the realization of the major technological constructing stages of the building. It also covers projects of the construction site, the time schedule, the plan of the main building machines and mechanisms and the budget. Furthermore, the master thesis solves technological regulations for foundations made with bored piles, the budget according to THU including the check plan, the test plan and the safety plan. Also, the assessment of the construction composition is attached.

For the given version is handled the consideration of transportation itinerary, itemized budget with bill of quantities, technological prescription, technological documentation of building site equipment, time schedule, machine assembly, control and test plan, safety and health precautions, the cost comparison of flat roof area, drawing of flat roof.

The content of this bachelor thesis is the construction of the Mountain Hotel. The bachelor thesis solves the realization of the rough top structure with focus on the masonry supporting constructions and realization of the ceiling construction using the SPIROLL panels. It includes a technical report focusing on the technological stages, the situation of the construction with the transport routes, the area statement, the technological regulation for the masonry structures, the technical regulation for the realization of the ceilings using the SPIROLL panels, the technical management of the building equipment, the budget item, the time schedule, the design of the machine assembly, and a test plan and, finally, health safety at work.
